Now rare and hard-to-find, this book/report by myself and Ann Armbrecht (Forbes) was once the only published work on development in Tibet. Based on interviews inside and outside of Tibet, as well as research into all existing international development projects in Tibet as of 1991, the report was published jointly by the Cultural Survival and The International Campaign for Tibet.
Developing Tibet? is no longer in print, but copies of it occasionally surface on Ebay, Amazon, and in used book stores.
